Introduction
Since
digital video broadcasting from worldwide at late 90's, three major
standard developed: DVB(Europe),ATSC(Amarica) and ISDB(Japan). DVB adopted
to a lot of countries, include Taiwan. Before 2010, all of the analog
vieo broadcasting channel in Taiwan will be closed, only digital allows.
Analog
video broardcast device will be totally replaced by digital one. The
most important feature of digital video broadcasting is "quality
improvement" by using OFDM to transfe multipath signal interference
as a enhancement for main signal. It's facilitate to receive clear TV
program on moving or weak-signal-receiving area.
The
other features include two-way data transfer ability, the user response
can be a instant feedback or ordering information to TV station, it
can be a brand new business of real time interactive TV. In a channel
with bandwidth of 6~8M allows 1HDTV or 3 SDTV at maximum.
Our
DVB-T solution support DVB-T standard in single chip design, support
variety A/V format, full function interface, and can be a solution for
various application.
